On Sept. 23, 2017, Life Care Center of Copper Basin in Ducktown, Tennessee, held its first Fall Festival for residents, associates, family members and the community.
Approximately 200 people attended the festival.
Guests could play several games, including a football throw, goldfish ping-pong, apple bobbing, balloon pop, horseshoes, corn hole and a peg board maze. Winners received small prizes. Children enjoyed face painting, three bounce houses and an inflatable obstacle course and slide. Participants of all ages partook of a variety of foods, including popcorn, hot dogs, funnel cakes, cotton candy and cheese nachos.
“I enjoyed seeing the community involvement and being able to give back,” said Tim Harris, maintenance director.
The facility plans to make the Fall Festival an annual event.
